Our own screening criterion
Matters for assessmen
We carefully select our business partners after making a comprehensive assessment of relevant companies with our own screening criterion. The assessment is conducted in an impartial and numerical rating method by at least two persons. We conclusively decide whether we can introduce the company to our clients or not with the final score of each company.
The flow of screening
1.
Assessment by Corporate Information The assessment is conducted with 10 to 15 screening criteria (Varying by Industry Sector).
2.
Assessed by Interview We try to confirm the company’s business projections including financial strategy through the interview.
3.
Discretionary Point As a result of the interview described at Step 2, the interviewer is entitled to add/deduct his discretionary point to/from the company’s basic score created with its corporate information. However, the influence of the discretionary point must be limited within 10 % to the final score of the company.
4.
Hierarchical Rankings Then, another person (other than the interviewer) joins the assessment for the purpose of impartial appraisal of the company. Our hierarchical rankings are determined by the final score (the average point of the two).
5.
Introducing the Company to Our Clients We can introduce only company with qualifying score to our clients, based on the client’s needs.
